An audit that’s never checked against a real site isn’t worth much. Everything we sign off on has to hold up on the factory floor, not just look clean in a report.

Meeting the regulation is the minimum, not the finish line. Most of what people here actually enjoy about the job starts after the compliance checklist is done.
