Sustainability Implementation Package — Zero to Net Zero

The Zero to Net Zero Sustainability Implementation Package is EGSS's flagship end-to-end sustainability programme — designed for organisations that want to move beyond individual assessments and build a complete, functioning sustainability programme from the ground up.

It takes an organisation from its current baseline — wherever that may be — to a position where it has a credible, measurable, and externally communicable net zero commitment backed by a functioning sustainability management system. The programme is structured across three levels — Foundation, which establishes the GHG baseline, materiality framework, and sustainability governance structure; Implementation, which develops and executes the decarbonisation roadmap, embeds sustainability into operations, and builds internal capability; and Leadership, which aligns with science based targets, achieves third-party validation, and positions the organisation for credible ESG disclosure and investor engagement. It is particularly suited to organisations that are beginning their sustainability journey, responding to investor or supply chain sustainability requirements, or seeking to build a genuine sustainability programme rather than a compliance exercise — and is delivered by EGSS as a managed, phased engagement with defined milestones and measurable outcomes.
