Emergency Response System Review

What is a Emergency Response System Review?

An Emergency Response System Review is an independent evaluation of the completeness, adequacy, and effectiveness of an organisation's emergency response framework — covering emergency plans, procedures, resources, equipment, training, communication systems, and coordination arrangements. The review examines whether the emergency response system is fit for purpose — whether it covers the full range of credible emergency scenarios, whether roles and responsibilities are clearly defined,

whether resources are available and maintained, and whether personnel are adequately trained and exercised. It is used as a standalone assessment, as part of a broader EHS audit, or as a due diligence requirement — providing management and investors with an objective view of the organisation's emergency preparedness status.
